Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability My stay at this Hilton property was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standards I expected from such a well-known hotel brand. Throughout my stay, I experienced several issues with my room. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, the bathroom sink was not draining correctly, the room telephone was not working, and the electrical outlets near the bed were completely nonfunctional. What made this experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of attention and follow-up from the hotel staff. I reported these issues three separate times, yet nothing was done to properly address or resolve them. As a paying guest, I should not have to repeatedly request assistance for basic room amenities that should be functioning upon arrival. Even more disappointing, no compensation, partial refund, or meaningful gesture of goodwill was offered despite the multiple inconveniences and the hotel’s failure to resolve them. When choosing a Hilton property, guests expect a certain level of quality, professionalism, and customer care. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards. A hotel’s reputation is not only built on its name or facilities, but on how it treats its guests when things go wrong. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary improvements. This experience was unacceptable and certainly not what I expected from Hilton.
