Atendimento mediano. Café da manhã básico. Lado negativo: Embora muitos quartos estivessem vazios, nos alocaram em um quarto localizado ao lado de um ambiente de serviço dos funcionários, com barulho e cheiro da cozinha se abríssemos a janela do quarto. Lado Positivo: localização (possível fazer tudo a pé), e a limpeza do quarto que era feita diariamente, com a troca das toalhas.

Hotel em harmonia com a beleza da Vila de Alter.

Boa hospedagem, bom quarto e café da manhã. Localização excelente, estacionamento coberto que dá acesso ao hotel pela área da piscina, que é arborizada e com um jardim bem cuidado. Pessoal da recepção muito solícito e sempre disposto a ajudar.

O hóspede não consegue escolher qual canal de TV irá assistir no seu quarto: o canal escolhido para ser transmitido na recepção é obrigatoriamente o mesmo dos quartos. No café da manhã, a qualidade dos alimentos deixa a desejar: não há presunto mas sim apresuntado, por exemplo. O hóspede tem que deixar a chave do quarto na recepção para que seja feita a limpeza do quarto e este aspecto não é avisado no check in, de modo que a limpeza deixa a desejar.

Hotel novo bem cuidado, estacionamento coberto grátis. A recepcionista muito solícita e os demais funcionários também prestativos. Ótima localização pertinho do centro da vila e dos barcos que levam à praia e aos passeios. Bom café da manhã.

O hotel é confortável e bem localizado. O ponto q achei supernegativo foi o barulho vindo do próprio hotel. A acústica é ruim e vc escuta todo o barulho dos corredores como se fosse dentro do quarto.

Hotel muito bem localizado,próximo da praça principal e praias.Equipe de funcionários prestativos e gentis.Adorei a limpeza dos quartos bem como as toalhas e roupas de cama.O café da manhã bom com frutas da região.
