"Just come back from a short stay at Aparthotel Novo Mar. It really exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spacious and quiet, and conveniently located. Everything felt very fresh and clean. "The location is 10/10 right in the middle of Santa Ponsa and the beach is right on the doorstep. Lovely terrace bar/pool area with loungers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Place was clean enough but can start to see it’s deteriorating but still lovely. Spa and gym area was a let down for us the gym was missing loads of equipment like free weights that have been pinched/stolen and not replaced. The spa area was very run down also like the sauna and steam room which to be honest should have probably been closed as could have caused injury. Overall would recommend this hotel to others as the location is perfect and is nice overall with friendly and helpful staff."
