This hotel is incredible. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It’s quiet, beautiful, and relaxing (especially before/after hiking Tayrona). We highly recommend this hotel!

A small paradise

We had a nice big room in the forrest like resort. All the personal are extremely service minded. The chef makes great food. The pool is nice.

You will enjoy it

It is a very nice place, with parking. Full of trees, close to the river. Eco friendly. Rooms are spacious. The service and attention to detail is excellent. The food is made for you at the time you order it, it is very fresh. smoking is not allowed in the premises. The sauna, turco (vapor) and jacuzzi are power on at the time you require them. We had a great time that i will stay again.

Short stay in this hotel. Food is great and the massage was really relaxing, better than expected. Bed is comfy, but we had a problem with the shower : no warm water ! The staff didn't have time to solve it, as we stayed only one night. We didn't ask for a rebate or any kind of compensation, but such suggestion from the staff would have been greatly appreciated

El hotel es muy bonito, la piscina es buena, pero necesita mantenimiento en las habitaciones sobre todo, hay cosas que arreglar, hay artículos dañados. Lo mejor del hotel es el staff, la comida estaba rica pero hubo fallas, salían frías las carnes pero trataban de solucionar, el personal es muy atento, amigables, definitivamente lo mejor del hotel.

El sitio es muy agradable, ideal para desconectarse, alejarse del bullicio de la ciudad y estar a tono con la naturaleza, el chef es muy bueno y sus preparaciones deliciosas. El personal está siempre disponible con una sonrisa, especialmente Yaiser David quien procuró nuestro bienestar durante la estancia. La habitación es amplia, aireada y bien dotada, ideal para descansar.

Una experiencia EXTRAORDINARIA. Si hay una palabra que describa el lugar es TRANQUILIDAD. Y sin duda alguna el servicio de todos los empleados es 10/10. They gave us misleading information about the hotel and nearby parks. The staff was very unpleasant and even the owner tried to argue with my fiancée. He was more worried about pointing the finger than actually fixing the issue at hand. We made a reservation based on their information provided and ended up wasting $180 that day. Needless to say we didn’t stay there and ended up driving back to Barranquilla. The place is in a remote location, no beaches, no parks, no restaurants.

The place is magical, the restaurant outstanding, and the staff could not have been nicer. It was the perfect place to end our stay in Colombia. It is also a bargain from every standpoint. 5 stars!

El Parque Tayrona con Estadia VIP

Muy cerca al Parque Tayrona, este Hotel Spa con 9 habitaciones presta un servicio personalizado. La salita de masajes frente al río con sonido del paso del agua da una sensación única de relajación. Desde el Gerente hasta la recepcionista, masajista, mucamas y meseros, se desviven por complacerte. La palabra no no existe... Gracias, Yefer, Andrea y Melissa, Harrinson y Yaiser por hacer de nuestra estadia una maravillosa! A solo 8 minutos en auto del Parque Tayrona, es maravilloso regresar a un lugar tan bello, lleno de bellas energías, a que te atiendan y consientan con un masaje, después de un día de largas caminatas.

Perfecto para despues de ardua caminata en Tayrona

Excelente para descansar, sobretodo despues de un dia de caminata en el Parque Tayrona.... El Jacuzzi en la habitacion, delicioso, baño de espuma, coctelitos, etc.

Relax hotel !

We verbleven 3 nachten in dit resort. Heel mooi maar kleine kamers en badkamer. Het resort ligt 5 min met de auto van het Tayrona National Park. Het ontbijt was beperkt. Geen buffet ! Mooi zwembad met Spa. We hebben elke avond in het restaurant gegeten. Was heel lekker. Grote parking voor de auto. De WiFi was niet goed. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam !
