A quiet environment, with beautiful views and large pool. Andrea, our host, had been incredible, lots of recommandation, a drive to the port and complimentary spritz by the pool. We couldnt dream of a more perfect stay

It pains me to give this hotel a poor-to-average review because we liked Paolo, our host, very much. He was very helpful and provided excellent communication. However, we were awakened each morning we were there (3 days) before 7:30 am by a barking dog that was so close by that it seemed to be in the room with us. The beds were also too hard for us. If you're an early riser (or if the dog goes away) and you like firm mattresses, this is a fine hotel with a very nice swimming pool and a gracious host.

Struttura in un contesto di massima quiete ma allo stesso tempo a un paio di minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale di Santa Marina. Molto gradevole e raccolto lo sviluppo della struttura, con piscina con una gran vista su Lipari. Eccellente la comunicazione con il gestore per coordinare l'arrivo e il servizio navetta. Staff estremamente gentile

Une belle adresse à retenir.

Un accueil personnalisé et au service de vos préoccupations. L’hotel peut venir vous chercher au port où vous y emmener, dans la mesure où vous pouvez anticiper la demande. Après discussion sur nos projets de randonnées, l’hotel Nous a trouvé un guide pour la modique somme de 50 euros pour 3 personnes. Économique au regard des prix pratiqués sur les îles éoliennes. Le restaurant de l’hotel possède une terrasse où la vue sur la mer le soir de pleine lune est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Les chambres sont très propres.

Una vacanza da ripetere!

Abbiamo pernottato 5 notti nella struttura. Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla camera spaziosa e pulitissima con la terrazza alla cucina dello chef che ci ha voluto viziare con la sua capacità ed il pescato che offre Salina. Il personale molto gentile e cordiale ed Adriana, gentilissima, è sempre disponibile per suggerire cosa vedere o poter fare. Abbiamo sfruttato con piacere l'opzione di fare apericena dalla terrazza della propria camera che gode di una vista spettacolare. La terrazza si affaccia sul mare e si vede l'isola di Lipari, la cui costa ad ogni tramonto si accende di rosso fuoco! Stupenda. Percorrendo un sentiero un po' sconnesso si raggiunge la sottostante spiaggia di sassi in 5 minuti a piedi. La via principale si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Con uno scooter si gira tutta l'isola comodamente. Da rimarcare il servizio trasporto, da e per il porto, all'arrivo e alla partenza, che fa si che la distanza dal porto non sia un problema quando si hanno bagagli.

Consigliato, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Molto piacevole, tranquillo e ben tenuto. Le camere al piano superiore hanno una bellissima vista, soprattutto quella ad angolo. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. E’ un po’ fuori dal centro di Santa Marina, che si può tuttavia raggiungere facilmente mediante una breve passeggiata (5-10 minuti).

Le logement était tres agreable, très propre, confortable, meublé avec goût avec une magnifique vue sur l'île de Lipari depuis la terrasse . L accueil est parfait soucieux, de notre bien être. Le petit dejeuner est copieux, varié et goûteux. L arret de bus pour visiter l île est à quelques minutes à pied. C etait parfait pour nous !

Accueil chaleureux et beau panorama

Situé sur les hauteurs à l'écart du port, cet établissement mérite les efforts faits pour l'atteindre (à l'arrivée et au départ, navette gratuite possible). Meilleur accueil de tout notre voyage dans les îles éoliennes, avec apéritif offert, accompagné d'excelentes petites choses à grignoter. Grande chambre meublée à l'ancienne avec goût. Et surtout, pour la chambre que nous occupions, terrasse avec vue superbe sur l'île de Panarea et au loin le Stromboli.

Un belvedere su S. Marina di Salina

Ottima esperienza al B&B da Franco in cui abbiano soggiornato per 8 giorni.La nostra camera era molto silenziosa e spaziosa arredata in modo semplice e funzionale con una terrazza privata da cui si godeva una vista superlativa su Santa Marina, il mare e Lipari di fronte a noi. La colazione varia con frutta fresca di stagione e del luogo...Molto accurata la pulizia della stanza, la biancheria sa del bagno che il letto veniva cambiata ogni due giorni. Molto disponbile e gentile il personale in particolar modo la Signora Adriana che con il suo fare gentile e discreto ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richesta.Molto apprezzato il transfer offerto sia all'andata che al ritorno dal Porto, la struttura è leggermente fuori dal centro ma con una breve passeggiata la si raggiunge facilmente. Siamo stati davvero bene e non posso che parlarne positivamente!

Fuga a Salina

Panorama meraviglioso da un terrazzino molto comodo. La stanza enorme ma poco ventilata, in compenso c'è l'aria condizionata. Ci hanno aiutati con le valigie da e per il porto. La colazione andrebbe migliorata, i cornetti erano quelli surgelati, sarebbe meglio prenderli da qualche panificio, insieme ai biscotti. Nel complesso comunque un piacevolissimo soggiorno.

Comfortable, relaxing, and friendly

Fantastic view of the sea and the island of Lipari from my own private terrace. Comfortable and clean room, with air conditioner to take the edge off the July heat. Very friendly service, including accomodating my early departure with an earlier than usual breakfast and even giving me a lift to the ferry terminal. I was traveling alone, but this would also be a great place to stay for a couple or a family.

Good experience

I stayed one night in June. The B&B itself is very good. I was offered a free pick-up and return service to the port which was very good. Overall the service was excellent. I had a large tiles room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The only detractor is that the B&B is quite a way up the hill from the main shopping street. Overall still good value though

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno nel b&b da Franco, tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative! Massimiliano, il proprietario, insieme alla sua compagna Noemi, si occupano interamente della gestione della struttura, che comprende anche un'ampia sala di ristorazione. Sono stati splendidi! Gentilissimi, sempre disponibili, solari e simpatici! Da subito ci hanno accolto nel migliore dei modi, fornendoci anche un servizio gratuito di trasporto bagagli. Il B&B è davvero grazioso, in tipico stile eoliano, situato a pochi minuti dal porto di Santa Marina Salina, posizione ideale a mio avviso. Tranquillissimo e pulitissimo. La nostra camera era ampia e fornita di tutti i comfort necessari. Inoltre disponeva di un terrazzino con una vista incantevole! La colazione inclusa è molto ricca e varia, abbiamo anche potuto gustare degli ottimi dolci preparati in casa. Consiglio di soggiornare senza indugio nel b&b da Franco, non ve ne pentirete, anzi! Tutto come mi aspettavo!

Tre giorni e tre notti nella pace e tranquillità dell'isola, tra i profumi del mare e degli aranceti, con vista su Lipari che non ha prezzo... Proprio quello che cercavo!

Defilato ma grazioso

Il B&B resta in una zona tranquilla, un pò defilata, ma il proprietario si è offerto di venirci a prendere al porto e di riaccomparci alla partenza. La camera era davvero graziosa, comoda, pulitissima e con un grande terrazzino con una vista mozzafiato. Di giorno è possibile percorrere a piedi un sentiero che in 5 minuti conduce proprio nel centro di Santa Marina, qualche difficoltà in più per la sera in cui è necessario avere un mezzo di trasporto. Complessivamente consiglio questa location soprattutto per la gentilezza dei gestori.

Accueil ultra chaleureux et hotel très agréable

l'accueil ultra chaleureux qui nous a été réservé à notre arrivée nous a beaucoup touché. Le personnel était aux petits soins avec nous. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très agréable avec une terrasse merveilleuse avec vue. Un petit chemin permet d'accéder très rapidement à la ville de santa marina. Je recommande vivement cet hotel.

vista fantastica e ottimo servizio

Siamo stati ospiti nella camera esterna con una splendida terrazza dalla quale puoi goderti di giorno la vista diretta di Stromboli e Panarea e di notte la visione di Cassiopea e della costellazione di Orione, nelle ore più tarde. Massimiliano ed Adriana si fanno in 4 per rispondere alle tue esigenze. Camera ampia, bagno grande e pulito. Un posto dove tornare, nella bellissima Salina.

De passage, parfait !

Nous avons dormi une nuit, pour partir dans les iles éoliennes le lendemain. C'etait parfait. L'hôtel est juste a côté des départ des bateaux. L'hôtel est propre, et l'hôte absolument adorable. C'est un point de chute parfait à Messine. Rien à redire sur cet hôtel !

Sejour mémorable!

Nous y somme resté deux nuits. C'est tout simplement le meilleur logement dans lequel nous avons eu l'occasion de dormir depuis le debut de nos vacances. L'endroit est calme, propre, les chambres sont très grandes et dotée d'une super terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Le personnel est juste adorable. Le resto est top. Franchement niveau qualité prix, rien a dire!!
