We tried the remote for the minisplit but nothing happened. The phone did not work so we had to go down to the front desk to get instructions. The hotel proper has no heat so the breakfast room was very cold including the food. We have stayd there before and were treated much better. The first desk clerk should not be working there. He does not know how to treat people"
