Only 12 rooms and in a fantastic location on a small beach perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff was extra special. Not only welcoming but friendly and enjoy their occupations and where they work and it shows! It is also decorated really well!

Avoid this hotel and Expedia at all costs. We paid Expedia for an additional guest, only to be charged again at checkout by the hotel who indicated that "the extra person fee is something charged by the hotel, not Expedia", despite a detailed invoice showing it had been paid. After returning home, Expedia may pathetic efforts to recover the funds, only to say that partner policy dictates refunds. Only visit this hotel if you wish to be defrauded.

Llegue y my cuarto no servia el aire acondicionado por lo cual buscaron cancelar mi reservación. Finalmente me dieron otro por una noche y luego un segundo para la segunda noche. Por 1,000 euro la noche no es el servicio que uno espera.

Tres bonne situation

Excellent hôtel mais très cher. Première déception à notre arrivée car les photos présentées sur le website de l’hôtel ne correspondent pas a la réalité. Ceci dit un des rares hôtels à posséder une plage attenante et à 15 min de marche de Portofino. Le personnel est charmant.

Don't prepay you may be very disappointed.

We booked two rooms one standard and one delux for 1500+EU per night. After taking our money upfront, we arrived to see that we are given two rooms so small they could not fit a queen bed. One room has a basically no window and the delux was actually a attic room with two separate twin beds that could not even be joined due to roof design and had a bathtub looking balcony. In short nothing like you would expect in a hotel priced like first class. We requested room change, they said that they have one other room which is even smaller. No view. No parking either. Turns out that they had only 12 rooms to begin with. We protested and told them that there is no way this family of 4 can stay here, wanted to go to another hotel. They said it is our choice, but they will not refund the money for two nights. We asked Hotels.com to interfere and after long discussions, they told us that they accepted not to charge. We found a nearby dream hotel for 500EU less which was perfect with beautiful rooms and great view self parking. It was clear that the hotel they tried to get us in is not standard for the location. It was a bad deal. Later I saw that we were charged for the rooms anyway and now working with credit card company to get credit. In short they may have few rooms that are good, but you may get the other awful rooms for such a high price. Be careful don't prepay.
