Very hospitable staff and helpful. Open-air Indoors-outdoor restaurant great ambiance. Food well-prepared and tasty. Rooms are nice, somewhat updated but overall good. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in a great location. Restaurant was great for brunch before gallery hopping. Disappointed that the air conditioning in the rooms never really got cold - so it felt stuffy in the room. Super nice staff. Easy parking.

The hotel is very charming and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Plenty of parking on premises, no extra charge. Free shuttle on demand anywhere within 1 mile radius, which was great for going to the Historical Plaza area or Canyon Road. The driver even gave us a short tour of the Canyon area. We could have easily walked from the Hotel to both those areas too. The rooms were a nice size and up to date. There is strong wifi, and nice pool with hot tub. The staff puts a big water jug infused with fruit by the pool. There is a good lobby for hanging out. We saw a fire pit but not activated and no chairs around it.There is fresh coffee out every morning. We went to a couple of great restaurants nearby and to a delicious bakery accross the street. Overall a really nice hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed with southwest decor. Five minute walk or less to many restaurants, shops, and museums.
