"More than I expected apartment was spacious comfortable bathroom excellent. I wish we had time to enjoy patio and hot tub Breakfast was best in Europe so far Staff was wonderful helped order delivery and everything we asked for "

"The apartments are in a good location and have great potential, but the way they have been maintained and the external noise spoiled our experience (even with ear plugs, as suggested by the company). The building is beautiful with rooms which have a grand appearance, double height ceiling and a mezzanine for children’s beds to provide some privacy, had they been better apportioned it would have been the perfect stay. The main attractions are all within 5-10mins walk so great to get around. A few thoughts on the room, it was large spacious and well laid out, but the beds were old and poorly looked after, the master bed mattress was broken and should have been changed. The fridge didn’t work, didn’t keep anything cool, The safe was not fixed down so could be taken from the room. Although the room was clean on arrival we were informed it would not be cleaned unless expressly requested, this was ok for our short stay but we asked for the bins to be changed and this was not done. The staff running the rooms were friendly but appeared too busy to help out much, although there were coffee and tea making facilities we had to request a spoon as extra, as none were provided as a basic. The nighttime noise was more than expected with people partying throughout the night so unless you are ready to join the party this room may not be for you. "

The room was always clean, Fulvio was accessible for anything we needed. The property is in a great spot in Florence and we were so grateful to be staying here. The room was the wonder and a pretty big space. We hope to be coming back and booking here again."

"BREAKFAST WAS GREAT"

"Pretty sure this is a mom and pop shop so I'll be more generous and forgiving with my review. Overall the staff are amazing, the host who greeted me most days was charming and friendly, others are lovely too, save for one grumpy old man, but I think that's how old folks are. Rooms are clean. My room had a beautiful view. My main issues with the place are the thin walls, meh bed, flat pillow (which was kind of fixed when I asked for a second pillow) and shower temperature and pressure. Also you basically shower sitting on the toilet, which I was ok with. I couldn't get a good night's sleep and my back and neck hurts now. WiFi is a bit spotty on my phone, but fine on my laptop (I was able to stream movies) Location wise - excellent, can get to most tourist attractions within 15-20 minute walk. I can appreciate the breakfast included (there were croissants, bread, cold cuts, coffee, juice, yoghurt) since couple mornings I'd get up pretty early to visit museum first slots. If you're not a fussy sleeper then I can recommend this place."
