We enjoyed the hotel. The room was nice, the property was clean and close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast provided in the morning was very good too. We would have liked it more if there was a hot tub at the pool and access to streaming tv like Netflix in the room. Overall it’s very nice though.

Liked my Stay at the Beachside Inn it was a nice hotel the beach was just in front. The breakfast at the hotel is good and the lobby and dining areas are always clean staff is super friendly and attentive. There was many restaurants near by I could literally walk down the block and grab a meal. My only one complaint was that the room I had reserved didn’t have a working shower but the staff was quick and they upgraded us into a better room.

Great place to stay. Further from Stearns wharf but you can take a water taxi from the harbor which is fun! Close to the Maritime museum which is a must see. Staff was great and rooms were clean and nice. Has a nice pool.

Great place to stay, my wife and kids enjoyed it. Really easy access to the beach within walk distance and the shops and restaurants as well. Overall great stay, enjoyed the breakfast, slept through the night no loud noises or anything around, awesome place.

Location is perfect. View of the harbor, walking distance to State Street, restaurants, jetty, etc. Property needs a little tlc. Charhe handles on wv chargers are damaged, carpet is getting worn, cracked tiles on stairs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. I would stay here again.

Really nice stay, clean, decent breakfast, conveniently located near the town centre and quiet. What you expect from a 3* hotel, if only other places were up to that standard.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachside Inn. It was walkable to the beach and also State St. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast I've had! We were sad the pool heater had broken, but the sun deck was nice.

Not happy about the swimming pool being ice cold. Pool heater was damaged from the last storm is what the front desk employee told me when I asked why the pool is cold. The employee said that it was on your website. Why would I keep looking at your website when I booked way in advance. We booked your location because of the inviting look and feel along with it having a pool so me and my kids could go swim. It would’ve been nice to get some kind of notification from the hotel letting me know that the pool isn’t operational prior to our arrival. Everything else was great! Nice clean room and entire complex as advertised.

The lobby and breakfast area are a 5. Nice pool. The room was spacious and pretty. My issue was that the AC was broken upon our arrival. We called twice and were told someone would come fix it. No one ever came. What was suspicious was that there were three small fans in the room. Seems this AC was either broken already or this happens frequently if they were that prepared. The room was very stuffy and pretty warm upon our arrival. Disappointed by the broken AC and lack of staff help. Other than that it was a good stay. Breakfast is good.

We apologize by the miscommunication, our front desk team was not aware that the AC unit had been rendered temporarily out of service since the day prior to your arrival. The daily breakfast is a plus for a family with little kids. We can go downstairs to grab them something to eat to hold them over until we’re ready to hit the town. My biggest issue is the loud air con/heater unit. It is not subtle or quiet. Very disruptive of sleep. The bathroom does need a new makeover. Very outdated and appear dingy and old.

There was a out of control family with couple young ones at midnight on a Saturday cruising around screaming and hooting and hollering in the hallways down by the pool. That's a little disturbing and then the kids above jumping around and banging and clunking around. It was kind of noisy that way too

Easy check-in. Great price for the location and amenities. Yes, there are fancier hotels near by, but you aren't sacrificing anything to stay here and you are saving a lot (that you can then spend on the delicious food scene and great shopping if you'd like)

Their complimentary breakfast was good. Our 3rd floor room faced the park across the street so that was a nice touch. The refrigerator in room froze everything we had in it. Lucky for us, that just some soda.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now. The first two times we stayed on the ocean side on the first floor, gorgeous room, beautiful bathrooms, but the last time, we stayed on the top floor, with a balcony, facing the harbor. The bathroom was terrible, old, pipes were exposed, grout was brown and missing, spots of black mold, bath tub was not properly cleaned, there was no hot water multiple nights, and just really disappointing for $400 a night. Asked to change rooms, that wasn’t possible. Asked for electric charging, that wasn’t possible even though there are 3 stations but 2 do not work and other cars who aren’t electric cars were parked there. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Got food, but brown looking eggs. Sad, because it is a really cute hotel, but please update your bathrooms to match the rest of the facility!
