"This location was amazing. We were right across the piazza from the Pantheon. Crowded and noisy area, but the windows blocked out most of the noise. Rooms were very small and basic. The only thing we didn't like is that the cleaning staff would start very early in the morning and their closet was across the hall from our room. "Unfortunately had 2 issues which meant not awarding 5 stars. Had no hot water on one day for shower or shaving which didn’t help as I was there on business. Ordered a taxi for a 5am pick up to the airport which was extremely important and having been promised by the hotel that the taxi would be there on time, I waited until 5:15 having tried to speak to the hotel and their taxi company and had to make other very hasty arrangements which involved walking with my luggage to find a taxi."
