"15 minute drive from the airport and 7 minute walk to the Metro made it convenient for our purposes, although outside of the city center, so it required a 45 minute Metro ride to get to the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was wonderful, full of variety and regional flavors. Decor was pretty and the space seemed to be designed for comfortable business meetings. "The hotel is quite nice, and clean. The rooms were modern and spacious. The breakfast was great, as well as room service. The staff was super helpful. We arrived early and they checked our baggage so we could explore the city. The font desk was very informative with directions and suggestions for the city. The airport shuttle was nice and timely, and convenient to the airport. My son left his glasses and they found and shipped them to is in the US."

"A beautiful hotel but as soon as we entered the hotel had little to no AC. They have a large atrium with glass ceilings. It was a very hot day and either the hotel system could not keep up or was failing. Our room was no different. Stifling hot. We adjusted the temp down but it literally took 10 hours to cool down. We were not alone in talking to other visitors. The hotel offered a different room but same AC problem. Ended up talking to management who disclosed they were having technical...

"Had a good breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice was really good. Were able to store our bags for a few hours after we checked out. They are in an industrial area so we were not able to go out for a late supper after we checked in. They only had a few sandwiches available in their refrigerator. They are fairly close to the airport but a ways out of the downtown and away from the beach. Quite adequate."

"Har bott på Calipolis i flera år. Nu har de renoverat hela antreplanet så det är fräscht. Poolen inte direkt stor men precis bredvid deras underbara uteservering. På andra sidan gatan har ni dock stranden och bara fem minuters promenad till centrum med alla butiker och uteserveringar. Vi hade ett rum på sjunde våningen med havsutsikt. Rummet fräscht och otroligt rent. Balkongen stor så det räcker och skugga när det är för varmt. Personalen på hotellet får ett stort plus då de är så hjälpsamma...

Why did I give the experience a 3 and the property and staff a 5 is because the air conditioning chose to not work and it averaged 26C in the room The main problem was the fact we could literally never get in our room.
