A nice small hotel in a quieter part of town. Lots of local bars near by. Calo de Moro beach is about 300 yards away. The facilities are old fashioned but functional. There is no lift so any one with a suit case would struggle. I was okay as I had a back pack. There were just two coat hangers in the wardrobe. I was able to develop a method of attaching or hanging clothes over the clothes rail. There were just two plug sockets. I would recommend guests buy or bring an extension cord. There was no television so I made extensive use of the very good free WiFi. The room and bathroom were of a good size. The promotional pictures of the hotel show there is a pool. I was told that they no longer have a pool. I found this disappointing and deceptive to have pictures of the old pool and for it to have been closed off years before

Good place to stay for a long weekend with friends

The accommodation is basic but it's clean, the staff are friendly and the location is nice and central, nothing was more than a 15 minute walk from the hotel

Perfect Base in San An.

The perfect base for a few days in San An. You get what you pay for - a clean room, nice bathroom, good pool and great location. No frills but did the job. Will definitely be back!

Great for the price

Pleasant stay here for 6 nights, you do get some noise from others coming in late and also quite a few young people staying here. Didn’t enjoy the shower as a very small one so would advise upgrading to next room we had classic double. Comfy beds, pillows not great, glad we had the fridge. Easy access to lots of bars, eateries, small supermarkets. Would recommend eating in Bar Ohio end of the street, lovely food, good prices and lovely staff.

Very noisy inside and out. Windows did nothing to prevent the noise. Did ask to change rooms, but hotel was full. Room was very basic and in need of a spruce up. Only start here if you are on a budget and not bothered about getting much sleep due to the noise.

The Subset hostel room (102) has dated decor by at least 30 years. The bath had no enamel and totally stained. The fridge was to small with a rusty internal rusty shelves. Our windows opened up to a wall. The cooking facilities was a kettle and a small Microwave. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. The cost way too expensive for what's on offer.

It didn’t have a swimming pool, which is states on the app. Also our room stunk of cigarettes so we requested to move rooms, luckily they managed to on the second day but for the first day they didn’t have room for us and it is not what you want to wake up to.

Absolutely disgusted.

Was put in a ground floor room with shutters that didn’t open in the event of a fire. One shutter was broken so no shade from the sun in the morning. Shower flooded the whole room another hazard. Water damage up the bathroom door. Pipe sticking out in bathroom. General rust on towel rails. No glass panel on door on the shower, was provided a shower curtain which did nothing to contain the water within the shower cubicle. That’s not forgetting that the hotel advertises a pool but doesn’t tell guests before booking a non refundable room that the pool is not available.

Personale molto gentile, la camera era pulita, aria condizionata ok lenzuola e letto ok, doccia un po datata ma funzionante, parcheggio non sempre disponibile fuori l'hotel, ma nel complesso per chi cerca una sistemazione economica direi che è ottima
