"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats.
The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "

Floors throughout the hotel are made of some sort of smooth rocks like marble or granite. When it is covered with dust, it becomes quite slippery."

"All Good at Sri Oskar Palace. Since it was not high season My Aircon no-river view was complementarily upgraded, to A Riverview room complete with a great shared balcony. They were really good at getting me from and back to the airport with the taxi service. My only issue, and it is not the fault of the hotel, was the aggressive monkeys. "The staff went above the call of duty. My group arrive late in the evening after a long day of traveling. We inquired about the potential of food and the staff quickly re-opened the kitchen and cooked a complete dinner meal for my group. Great people!"
"The place is located in a prime spot, very close to the Durgakund Temple. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated having access to a kitchen, which added to the convenience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay."

"Arranging the pickup from airport good. But the behaviour of executive at breakfast table is worst. Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast."
