"Everything has always been great at this hotel Now they have pets allowed so we had to put up with barking and howling early in the morning assuming the owners were at breakfast This has changed my views on this property totally and probably won’t stay any more after many years of pet free cleanliness"

"I was truly disappointed that we couldn’t open windows for fresh air. I called expedia for help. According to the lady i talked too, it was showing that some rooms had windows that could open. They said NO I tried to cancel the second night but they were absolutely no help. Since i had been told by expedia that they had. "This is a well maintained hotel. We have stayed several time and will continue to do so every time we come into Sherwood park. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable (not soft and saggy.). Breakfast is hot and there is a wide variety, and the bacon looks crisp and tastes crisp as well (we have stayed at Wyndhams where the bacon looks crisp but is very rubbery). The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the highway."

It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring."

We inquired as to whether we might be able to use a meeting room to gather for some visiting during the evening as we were coming from a variety of different cities. "Excellent stay"

"We had a wonderful stay, Our room was clean and had 2 queen size beds which we actually needed. Lobby area is quite big and clean too, good options for breakfast. We were served by Sukhmeet at the front desk and he seems a helpful staff. Even the other staff in the morning were also helpful and cheering. Hotel has an indoor pool and fitness room overall it was a great experience staying there. Thank You Team Clarion."
