Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate for an earlier check-in. Rooms were clean and felt homey. Great location as well, as it was a 5 minutes walk from Busan Station and the KTX. There were also many great places to eat nearby. Room also had a dry cleaning amenity which was very cool. Overall, the stay was very memorable and will always be a place I would love to re-book in the future.

It was very clean and much more than what we expected. We travel to Busan almost every month or even every week for work so it was a nice find. Maybe the only confusing part for us t
was that we were given not exactly the same type of room shown in the photos. The one we stayed in was ideally nice and perfect but didn't have that extra bed room nor jacuzzi. Anyhow we didn't need them either so we'd be happy to be back any time we're in Busan!

After a rocky start being charged 20,000 won for early check-in, this hotel slightly grew on me. Breakfast was meager and my room was never cleaned in 3 days. The location very far from the sights to the east, about a 15-20 cab ride. At least they didn't charge me for a late check-out.
