Descriptif conforme. Appartement à l'étage. Tout était bien. Même un petit cadeau à l'arrivée : tout le nécessaire pour le 1er petit déjeuner. Merci !!! Petit bémol : balcon très petit pour 4 , idem pour la salle de bain (petite salle de bain avec WC à l'intérieur). Pas idéal en famille avec 2 grands ados. Très bien placé : à 7 minutes à pieds de la plage et de l'épicerie et à 5 minutes de la boulangerie et pharmacie (ça nous a servit !!) . Voiture stationnée sur le côté de la résidence en zone jaune (réservée résident - payant en cash). Giovanna très sympa.

Residence accogliente. Lo Consiglio

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura Vitorno per un viaggio di 2 notti di coppia. La struttura è composta da diversi appartamenti su due livelli. Il mio appartamento (da 4 posti letto) era al primo piano con un piccolo balconcino esterno. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, una cucina con piano cottura a induzione, fornetto e cosa molto importante le stoviglie e posate. Ho trovato la struttura pulita e curata con la possibilità di poter fare una doccia all'esterno tornati dalla spiaggia o poter prendere in prestito le biciclette(2) messe a disposizione dalla struttura. Per il parcheggio hanno a disposizione dei pass che permettono di poter parcheggiare su strada (2€/d). I servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili ( anche se per il supermercato consiglio di andare in macchina) ed il centro o la spiaggia sono ad una decina di minuti a piedi di camminata.

Ok stay. Now as new as on pics. Good overall.

San Vito is a must visit place. This property was ok. Not really like it shows in the pics (taken when it was built). Currently it needs a revamp as there are obvious signs of wear and tear. But the price was ok for what it is. Located 5-8 mins walk from the beach. We were giving a parking permit to park on the street. Communication was good, however punctuality was missing on checking as I waited for 40mins for someone to show up with keys.
