"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Great location. Easy check-in, with option to drop luggage ahead of time (main door locks). We were there only one night and did not use the kitchen so I cannot speak to details there. Charming Venetian decor. Bed comfortable and I slept through the night which is saying something! Be prepared to leave cash for tourist tax —I was not. "

"Excellent space and location! Very close to attractions and yet on a quiet street. We had our own private terrace, an amazing find in the city. It was a perfect room for our family of three, with a sun room for our daughter to provide separate, private spaces. The staff were extremely helpful and catching private water taxis at the nearby dock was seamless and convenient."

Hotel location is excellent; ferry right next to hotel and restaurants and Ice Cream shops just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for first time visitors."
