Staff excellent, property has electric car charging, parking is ok, can be tricky at times. Main issue was the self catering equipment was missing basics, but this was resolved by the staff when we asked. A small amount of investment (wine glasses, bottle openers, coffee makers etc) could make it much better.

Hotel price student dorm stay!

This place is a student dorm being rented in summer time when universities are closed. Very basic and dirty rooms without any services, parking is free but you will end up park on the street and pay by meter which is absolute headache. I do not recommend this place!!

This is a student residence during term and so, let's be clear, the room is basic. Nevertheless, it was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the room also had a galley kitchen (good if you like the option of being able to cater for yourself for some meals). If the room had a drawback, it was that space was tight (e.g. to eat breakfast we had to put up a table that we then collapsed). The people at reception were friendly and helpful. It met our needs and we would consider staying here again if in San Sebastian.

El checking y aparcamiento han sido fáciles. La habitación estaba muy mal manteninda para este precio. La ducha estaba atascada y salpicaba por todas partes, el suelo lleno de manchas, la ducha con moho en el techo... Por el precio de la noche me ha parecido muy poca calidad. Lo entenderia si fuese alojamiento en una pensión básica.

Punteggio suggerito: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 su 10) Titolo: Esperienza deludente e struttura non sicura Ho soggiornato per alcuni giorni ed è stata un’esperienza molto negativa. La camera era sporca all’arrivo, con frigo rotto, scarico del bagno guasto e doccia ostruita. Non c’eran il phon e l’ascensore è rimasto fuori servizio per tutta la drata del soggiorno. La cosa più grave è che ho subito un incidente: ho sbattuto la testa contro lo spigolo di un’imposta aperta. Non esiste alcuna infermeria, né kit di pronto soccorso o neanche del semplice ghiaccio disponibile. Ho dovuto tamponare con asciugamani bagnati in attesa dell’ambulanza. Inaccettabile che venga chiesta una quota associativa per soggiornare in una struttura tanto trascurata. Nessun cambio biancheria per 4 giorni, pulizie fatte solo all’ultimo. Mi aspettavo molto di più da una struttura che accoglie anche ospiti esterni.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le service. Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé dans la chambre, mais il y avait un ventilateur, et comme nous sommes venus dans une période pas trop chaude, nous n’avons pas eu chaud. L’hébergement est loin à la marche du Old town, mais ce fait bien en autobus.

Un lugar tranquilo. Parqueadero gratis. Excelente atencion. Habitaciones basicas y limpias ideal si viajas en familia las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y eraa julio pero nos dieron un ventilador y dormimos bien. Hay una cafeteria cerca abierta en semana. Recomiendo el lugar con precio correcto.

Très bien. Bien desservi au niveau des bus qui passent fréquemment. Durée du trajet jusqu'au centre 15mn marché jusqu'à l'arrêt comprise. Cependant, en 40 mn à pied, on est en ville et la promenade est très sympa. La mer n'est pas très loin à pied. Quartier vivant très proche aussi, où on trouve de tout. Personnel très avenant, parking gratuit et sécurisé. Je recommande.

La Clim serait plus écologique

Chambre des plus classique. 160€ pour deux adultes alors qu’il n’y a même pas de Clim. Studio 2 lits simples ok mais en période de forte chaleur les étudiants ne doivent pas en pouvoir (je rappelle que c’est une résidence d étudiants) Apporter la Clim serait donc un plus ! Nous avons donc dû laisser le ventilateur allumé toute la nuit … merci l’écologie ! De plus le ménage laissait à désirer … nous avons bougé les lits pour les mettre côte à côte et sous les lits le ménage n’était pas fait. Nous trouvons donc le tarif de 162€ pour 1 nuit sans pdj prohibitif ! Mis à part cela le service a été très agréable par les réceptionnistes.
