The room (“El Cristal”) was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom well appointed with great warm water pressured shower; the breakfast offered 4 to 5 delicious options… and the service was very courteous… the staff could be seen at the front desk and tending tables… Alejandro was particularly helpful in assuring a great stay. Note, there’s a lively discotheque nearby and can be a noise factor for some.

Too noisy! Hotel is located next to a couple of night clubs. We heard the music until 3 AM. Staff was great and very cooperative, breakfast was very good too. We decided to move a dyer just one night and the hotel refuse to reimburse the rest mainly due to a hotel policy.

The highlight, without a doubt, was Alejandro's service... His service literally made you feel like you were in a 5-star hotel... they should have more Alejandro´s in every hotel in the world (I'm not exaggerating, he was incredibly helpful; even when we hadn't asked, he anticipated our needs and offered things to please us). Regarding the hotel's facilities and everything else... everything was fine (for the price you pay per night). However, if you're someone who has trouble sleeping, you'll hear music from restaurants and clubs on the same street as the hotel (live bands, etc.).

Very noisy. There is a dance club just next to it. The loud sound from that club, dismount me sleep till 2:00 am on both days on weekday. Had to leave this hotel early because of that.

El personal es muy atento en especial el chico de recepción Alejandro. El hotel está muy descuidado, tanto las habitaciones como las áreas comunes, esta sucio, las.mesas del jardín siempre sucias de polvo. Estuvimos 4 noches y diario solicitamos limpieza, tal parece que solo rendían las camas y cambiaban las toallas porque matamos una araña pequeña y todos los días la vimos en el mismo lugar o sea que no barrian, también vimos una cucaracha, los focos estan llenos de polvo, las sábados son viejas. Tiene buena ubicación y el desayuno es bueno. De ahí en fuera le urge una renodelación y limpieza.
