The property was located right next to a big park, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The area was very safe and It was also close to some good restaurants and supermarket. It was very clean, cute and spacious. AC worked very well. Check-in and check-out was painless. The landlord was extremely nice and responsive. He understood that I travelled far and needed a place to rest so he allowed me to check in super early without a charge. He even bought a brand new hairdryer and an ironed when requested. I totally recommend this place and will stay here again.

It is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a park directly across the street. It's very close to MetroCentro making shopping and eating very convenient. This is the second time we've stayed here. The owner even allowed us to check in early. There's plenty of storage, a desk, a couch that can convert to an additional bed, hot water and a nice kitchenette where you can make coffee, have a fridge, small table and dinnerware. We thoroughly enjoy this location! Parking is usually easy.

Place is amazing. Very quiet and close to everything. Shopping center at 3 minutes walk away and metro centro at 3 minutes drive. Definitely is a great place to stay. Clean and host is a nice person. He answered my question so fast. Unbelievable. Definitely I recommend it.

The apartment is quite nice and clean, the host is very friendly. There are a Number of restaurants and shops (Supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) in 5-10 mins Walking distance. You will find everything you need and the area feels safe as well. The only things you should be aware are: There are only very narrow windows. The couch and the bed are in the same room. Also the host was so kind to provide some free coffee and water.

This property was a perfect quiet place to spend in San Salvador. Parking was in front of the property, so perfect if you have a rental, or taking local transportation. The host was very attentive, and very responsive. The place was very clean, provided water, provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth paste, coffee, and cleaning supplies. The property is in front of a park that is seconds of walking distance. The A/C works wonderful and did the job. Cons: The shower should be snaked, the water was draining slow. Maybe a optional thicker cover blanket for use. Definitely don’t recommend 4 adults, the place is small. Meant for 2 adults and minors, or 2 adults, maybe 3. Overall highly recommended. Would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, the host is very communicative. We really appreciated having a sofa to use, as well as the good quality AC, a small kitchen area and a modern bathroom. I really appreciated that most basic toiletries were provided. The area is a little way from the main downtown area, which could be a little challenging when dealing with the horrendous traffic in San Salvador (it took us an hour to travel 3 miles in an Uber, which seems to be common). However, there are lots of shops and amenities within walking distance, so it’s not always necessary to travel very far. It should be noted that the apartment seems to be an extension of a main family home - so even though you have your own private space, it is sometimes possible to hear noises and voices coming from within the building. That said, it did not disturb us too much. My only suggestions for improvement would be perhaps the host could install some kind of floor lamp to make the area even more cosy and relaxing. Also, the rainfall shower doesn’t really work as it should and we had an issue with the TV glitching that I am sure the host will resolve.

We stayed for 9 nights and the neighborhood was very pleasant with a small park across. This was our was time in ES and we feel lucky to have found this spot. The place was clean & bathroom was spacious. The sofa bed was already out when we arrived so we each got a queen bed to ourselves.Slept really well especially with the AC. The little kitchen area was perfect for us especially since there is a grocery store with in walking distance and we stocked up on some essentials for the mini fridge. There is a variety of food places with in walking distance👍 theres even a mall down the road you can walk to. Our host,Jose, was very welcoming and helpful when we had questions. The park across was nice and two doors down the lady sells food infront of her home on the weekends. Recommend this place if your looking for a cetralized area with everything with in walking distance. Look forward to our next visit. Thanks Jose!

What I like about this place is the first communication with the owner and also the very nice accommodation. He has inside the place. My wife (from El Salvador) and I have been back to EL Salvador 7-8 times in last two years staying in different places. This was by far the best one yet and we plan to return again next time back if it’s available. The room is perfect with everything you need. Highly recommended!

Property is fine and very good location. Unfortunately, this place lacked really good cleaning. There were ants everywhere around and top of bed plus pillows. I had to leave the place just minutes after my arrival. Also, very disappointed with Expedia not giving me a refund back considering I paid for travel insurance for this trip. I wouldn't stay there again.

Excelente ubicación, José siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estadía. Súper recomendado el apartamento, equipado con todo lo básico q se necesita para pasar unos días en San Salvador. La Colonia es un lugar súper tranquilo, al frente hay un parque ideal para caminar. La verdad volvería a hospedarme acá 😊
