Stayed for five nights in a deluxe room. Room was very clean and the staff were great. Couple of negatives the layout of the swimming pool does not give much room to pass the beds without risking falling in the pool. There is no pool bar that we could find and no restaurant after breakfast time. Given a drinks voucher on arrival but nowhere to redeem.
In the room itself the floors are very slippy (to the point of being dangerous) and the mat they use makes it even worse. There is also no light by the wardrobe – needed a torch to use the safe. Water in the room was always lukewarm in the bathroom.
Really good location but unfortunately would not consider stopping here again.

hotel was immaculate, right down the street from the markets! I loved the location, felt safe, everything was amazing and clean! Rooftop restaurant a little disappointed in the options they had, wish they had more but the drinks were great!

Can tell the hotel was once a grand place but had since deteriorated. It’s far from the city center and we use Grab mostly. The staff were helpful and we used their travel assistance to go sightseeing.
