UN DESASTRE!!!

Un desastre!!, 11:30 de la noche, con restricción de movimiento en la ciudad por COVID y al llegar al hotel la reserva no existía aún habiéndola pagado anticipadamente, al Gerente se le olvidó fue la respuesta en recepción, hotel lleno..., a buscar otro hotel a esa hora en esas condiciones, totalmente un desastre de hotel, no lo recomiendo para nada y hoteles.com lo debería sacar de su listado de hoteles....

Cambio de fecha sin costo

me quiero disculpar, se me olvido totalmente cancelar la reservacion, tuve un problema migratorio que no nos dejaron abordar y olvide llamar que no ibamos a llegar. pido de favor que quede abierto a cambio de fecha. Con mucha pena pero por estar con la aerolinea solventando, se me olvido cancelar a tiempo el hotel. Siempre voy a viajar solo que no tengo fecha fija aun por que debo solventar el problema migratorio. quedo atento. gracias.

Precios son falsos....te cobran 30 dolares mas al

En el sitio web te aparece un precio y al llegar al hotel te cobran 30 dolares mas sin dar explicación. Unicamente te dicen que el sitio esta equivocado y que si no te gusta te retires. Por supuesto que me retire de inmediato. Es una farsa el precio que te ofrecen en el sitio web
