era la primera vez que visitaba la isla y realmente supero mis expectativas, el hotel muy lindo la comida buena. a pesar de la falta de pan con harina de trigo. muy conforme y recomendable.

No fue mala la experiencia , pero podria haber sido mejor, de brindar el hotel lo que promete por la web. La limpieza de los cuartos y baños pésima. la comida abundante, pero de escasa variedad. El personal de restaurant y bar excelentes, por demas acomedidos y simpaticos. el personal de administracion no sólo antipatico, sino destratable.El predio es un sueño pero se nota que le falta mantenimiento. El lugar paradisiaco para descansar.Muy buenos los shows de entretenimientos nocturnos.

No esta como hace unos años

Ya habíamos estado hace dos años, por eso volvimos. Pero bajaron mucho la calidad de las comidas, si bien la atención es muy buena por parte del personal, el hotel en gral no es lo mismo. La restricción de agua hace difícil mantener las habitaciones bien aseadas. Esta vez no nos gusto tanto

It's difficult to survive with only 3 hours of water service a day, it's disgusting during the breakfast and lunch time have a dog, cat or a bird next to you

MUY BUENA ESTANCIA lo que no me gusto es lo de la reducción de los horarios para el agua ya que nosotros llegamos tarde y por los horarios reducidos no pudimos bañarnos esa noche , de resto la atencion la comida la ubicacion perfecta su playa es lo mejor

Simplemente todo excelente

Aunque se respeta la opinion de todos, no entiendo como personas escribieron notas negativas sobre este hotel.... En todo aspecto fenomenal, la atencion desde que llegas hasta que te vas es excelente, la playa super limpia (siempre hay personal limpiandola) y practicamente reservada para los huespedes, la piscina limpia en todo aspecto; playa y piscina con salvavidas y personal de vigilancia.... La comida es tipo buffet, siempre con muchas combinaciones, bastante sabrosa (no es un restaurant gourmet, es un buffet muy bueno), los tragos si se quieren variados para todos los gustos y la habitacion espaciosa, limpia y pulcra, como toda isla paradisiaca, hay racionamiento de agua de ducha, pero nada del otro mudo (lavamanos y pocetas siempre con agua)!!!!!!!... En verdad es una experiencia q al menos una vez por año repetire, quien quiere rumba y desmadre le recomiendo Margarita, quien quiere relax y confort no lo piense 2 veces, este es el sitio (valga la cuña de gratis)...

Un paraíso

El hotel, tengo entendido, es el mejor y más grande de la Isla de Coche, el servicio es muy bueno. La playa hermosa, las habitaciones cómodas, el sector de la piscina muy bueno también. Tal vez cambiaría los horarios de desayuno, bar, snack, almuerzo y cena y su rigidez. En resumen la pasamos excelente.

Pocas fallas

Lo único que me molesto un poco fue la falta de toallas en la parte de la piscina de resto me pareció cómodo y relajante la estadía , la comida estuvo buena, deben tener en cuenta que la personas llevan a sus hijos pequeños que al salir de la piscina necesitan secarlos por mi parte en la tarde solo me dieron una y me falto para mi acompañante la cual se molesto..

Calidad de Servicio

Disfruté de un fin de semana romántico en este maravilloso hotel. Confortables dormitorios tipo cabañas, Cama king size, nevera ejecutiva, aire acondicionado, tv pantalla plana de 32", bóveda de seguridad, y guardaropa, todo en un ambiente muy acogedor. La comida es deliciosa y variada, normalmente de 6 a 8 platos diferentes. No ofrecen platillos exóticos como langosta, pero en líneas generales la comida es excelente. El área del restaurant es en un caney pero hay un detalle un tanto molesto con los pájaros y algunas moscas que entran y revolotean por las mesas. La piscina y la playa tienen servicio de toallas, pero son escasas pues al parecer no hay suficiente cantidad y a veces hay que esperar por ellas. También ocurre que algunos huéspedes no las devuelven sino que las dejan olvidadas en las áreas donde las usaron. En el área de la piscina hubo pocas actividades recreativas, el ambiente es agradable, agua es cálida. Algunas tumbonas se encuentran en mal estado. Los tragos y cocteles los sirven con licores locales y los preparan al instante, son muy buenos pero no hay mucha variedad. La calidad del servicio es sobresaliente, sobretodo en el restaurant. Los mesoneros son muy cordiales y atentos. Hay Wi Fi gratuito en el área del lobby, pero a veces la señal se extiende un poco más allá. A pesar de todo, me sentí satisfecho aunque pienso que pueden mejorar muchas cosas. La pasamos de maravilla y volveríamos a ir. Yo lo recomiendo...

Cercherò di dare una scematica recensione il più obiettiva possibile lasciando la valutazione ad ognuno essendo i gusti molto diversi sul concetto di vacanza ai Caraibi. Abitazioni 150 bungalow a gruppi di quattro (standard) o due (suite) molto spaziose con bella doccia esterna e terrazzino sul davanti. Le migliori sono quelle del gruppo 4xxxx. Pulizia regolare e sufficiente. Nel nostro periodo mancava spesso l'acqua. Bella piscina con spazio dedicato ai bambini. Spiaggia enorme e di sabbia bianca finissima. Mare sempre calmo, ė riparato dalla punta, non sempre limpido per via della sabbia in sospensione. Vento costante ma non eccessivo ideale per kite e wind surf. Mangiare abbondante ma con cucina quasi esclusivamente sudamericana anche a colazione con alcune carenze elementari. Poca animazione ma musica forte in piscina. Sull'isola non c'è niente ma si può fare una escursione a Margarita.

fué de maravilla, a mi esposo y a mis hijos les gusto mucho estan muy complacidos, satisfechos y felices con la estadia en el hotel sunsol punta blanca, todo funciono bien incluyendo el traslado a la isla, ya que el traslado al aeropuerto se hizo por cuenta propia, debe incluirse el traslado al aeropuerto es una sugerencia, gracias por todo oralia antequera
