I thought the room was expensive for what it was, but a thoroughly enjoyable stay, getting around on the scooter. Great food market that starts up before sunset and was awesome. Guess I arrived off season which suited me fine.

The place is in great location. Walk to the beach, the staff were friendly. Parking no problems. Onsite has foods. We will definitely book again.

Very comfortable bed

The complimentary breakfast was great-I chose the beef tapas for breakfast and really enjoyed it. I had one of the best sleeps ever on the gel foam matrress in my room, so two thumbs up for that! If there was anything that I could find to complain about, it was the lack of a place to hang clothing. Given that the reason for the stay was a wedding, it would have been nice to be able to hang up my long dress. Also, for some reason, there were no towels provided. All in all it was a good experience.

Booked this property to have comfortable stay while my husband has a camping event nearby. It was convenient and near the beach area where the event is. The room is just enough for me and my 2kids. Was not able to experience the amenities. The only let down is when a big cockroach got into our room. Big fear! 😅 So hopefully, they do regular Baygon spray 😊

we got in at around 7-8pm, and parking situation was terrible, but their staff was kind enough to let us park on their driveway. the toilet bowl in room 7 was clogged the entire time we were there.

The room is clean and free breakfast is good. What really disappointing to us is their lack of good customer service. No staff is attending to our needs/inquiries. We were not also able to use the pool because on the day that we arrived, it is for cleaning until the next day it wasn't cleaned. We just left earlier than our checkout time because we cannot do anything other than going to the beach.

Upon initial arrival, we thought we were in the wrong alleyway. It turns out that were at the right place. We had booked the Classic Triple Room. The AC unit wasn't properly sealed - so bugs could easily fly/crawl into the room (there were a couple flys and mosquitos in the room that night). The room was tiny for a twin bed and single bed. The photos make the room appear larger than it really is. The entire room smelled like it had been cleaned with bleach, but still smelled like a public urinal. We checked out after finding out that there are better places to stay nearby.

Spent 4 nights at The Palms Resort and Bar. It is off season so has been very quiet which suited me. Didn't see a single, 'white', tourist and the only people on the beach were local fisherman. Great food market in the evenings. Was great with the scooter which made getting around a lot easier. Thought the hotel was overpriced in comparison to other stays but a thoroughly pleasant stay and look forward to stopping in San Narciso again, if possible.
