Check in process was a headache . The front desk ladies weren’t helpful or cared to find a solution. Upon booking they advised we needed my son birth certificate but no where in the booking was that advised . Good thing we did have it . The hotel is great ! In a good area. Bien. Un poco incomodas las escaleras.vale la pena
Esta bien en general la casa. Las camas son cómodas. Solo que la habitación estaba en un tercer piso subiendo escaleras de madera muy empinadas. Un poco incomodo y el baño era en el segundo piso. Además la habitación no tenía nada de privacidad ya que es un espacio abierto.
