El personal es muy amable siempre dispuestos a ayudar, solo hay que tomar en cuenta que es un hotel antiguo y pues no son los mejores temas en cuanto a agua caliente o presión de agua

Encantadora propiedad y gran amabilidad de los empleadas y la propietaria del espacio. Los espacios lindos y muy limpios, la ubicación muy céntrica aunque hay que considerar si van en automóvil que hay que descender en una calle transitada. Recibieron con mucho cariño a la perrita que llevábamos. El único tema es que hace falta una revisión de las regaderas de las habitaciones porque sale poca agua. Por lo demás gran lugar, seguro con mucho encanto y muy amables todos.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, los anfitriones se mostraron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesitábamos. Su trato hizo que nos sintiéramos cómodos y bien recibidos en todo momento. Algo que realmente destacamos es su flexibilidad; fueron muy comprensivos con nuestros horarios y siempre buscaron la manera de adaptarse a nuestras necesidades, lo cual se agradece muchísimo cuando estás de viaje. Además, su actitud servicial hizo toda la diferencia. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de cualquier detalle y se aseguraron de que nuestra experiencia fuera lo más agradable posible. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos ampliamente. Una experiencia excelente gracias a la calidad humana de sus anfitriones.
Excelente lugar para hospedarse y disfrutar de un fin de semana tranquilo. La ubicación es inmejorable, ya que está súper cerca de la iglesia y de la plaza principal, lo que permite moverse fácilmente y disfrutar del ambiente del lugar sin necesidad

La habitación olía un poco a humedad, sería bueno aromatizarlas o ventilarlas antes de que lleguen los huéspedes. El personal del lugar excelente, muy atentos educados y cordiales, ellos muy bien. Si me volvería a hospedar en este lugar, además de que está súper cerca del centro.

Pros: El personal que atiende el lugar siempre fue muy atento a nuestras solicitudes. El hotel es muy céntrico y las áreas comunes son muy bonitas. Excelente relación precio-calidad. Contras: Los cuartos tienen un poco de humedad, las sábanas tenían algunas manchas sospechosas, las toallas del baño tenían como polvo del respirador que estaba justo arriba de ellas, el cubrecamas estaba lleno de hormigas muestras cuando entré en la habitación. Podrían mejorar todos estos detalles.
