"A Truly Comfortable and Welcoming Experience in Ortisei
My stay at this hotel was, simply put, one of the most comfortable hotel experiences I have ever enjoyed. The staff here is the hotel's greatest asset—they are universally kind, friendly, and professional. I was particularly grateful for their help with parking, as they kindly offered a specific, convenient spot.
Daily housekeeping kept the room perfectly clean, with fresh sheets and towels provided every day.

"The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "
