"This hotel is centrally located in Toledo. Just a short walk to the main square and the cathedral. (Mind the fact that Toledo is hilly with cobblestone streets.) Parking in a parking garage is within walking distance; however, pulling your suitcase on the cobblestone street is not ideal, but I think hotel staff is willing to help with that (we just didn’t take them up on it). Alina nos recibió y al ver q veníamos cansadas nos dijo q nos fuéramos a dormir y ya mañana hacíamos los trámites de registro. The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size.
