Muy fea la habitación que me ofrecieron

La recepcionista bien, pero el lugar no valía lo que era el lugar. Las fotos en la página hotels.com no eran muy claras y al llegar al alojamiento casi me espanto.

No fue una gran experiencia, siendo un viaje de trabajo a veces las comodidades no son tenidas en cuenta! NO es un lugar que volveria a hospedarme, La Calefaccion no se nota si esta prendida o apagada, pase frio una noche muy fria! y no habia mantas extras en el cuarto. Todos los servicios son de muy baja calidad. NO hay relacion precio calidad

Bom local!

Bem localizado próximo a rua principal e aos comércios, tem uma equipe muito atenciosa, quartos limpos, espaçosos e confortáveis, chuveiro com ducha forte e bem quente, mas não tem box, deixam um rodo para puxar a água do chão. O wifi não chega dentro do quarto, mas tem boa estabilidade nas áreas comuns. O café é bem simples pode escolher entre café com leite, chá ou chocolate e colocam duas medialunas e duas torradas com manteiga e geleia. Falei com a responsável sobre melhorar isso espero que seja alterado. Ela disse que é café " continental" , mas já estive em outras hosterías e havia queijo, presunto e frutas no mesmo estilo de café. Eles disponibilizam uma cozinha externa bem montada então pode se melhorar o próprio café e também fazer almoço, jantar ou esquentar algo que ajuda muito! Eu voltaria.

Las chicas a cargo del servicio son unas genias. Lo que tengo para criticar es que tienen un servicio de WIFI que no llega a las habitaciones, me consumi todos mis datos durante la estadia.

Preciosa hosteria

Es muy lindo y la gente muy amable, supercomodo, excelente en todo sentido. Lo malo es la pagina hoteles.com que te dice un precio que no es el real, salvo que uno lea la letra chica y que basicamente entre la conversion en la tarjeta y lo q uno paga aparte en el hotel sea el precio q figura mas un 40% aproximadamente.

HORRIBLE ATENCIÓN

Les indique por correo a penas me llego el boucher de confirmación de reserva que esa no era la fecha que yo había contratado, que ni siquiera en esa fecha estaba de vacaciones, no me dieron ningún tipo de soporte, llame al hotel quedaron en llamarme y nunca paso, el día antes de volar generaron una consulta a soporte de ustedes y no solucionaron nada. Llegue a san martin de los andes para cuando tenia programado el hospedaje del viernes 02/04 al 03/04 con mi hermano y me dejaron en la calle, me mintieron en muchisimas cosas, llame por teléfono antes y se burlaban de mi, una total falta de respeto y abandono de persona fue lo que hicieron, después de estar todo el día en la ruta manejando y recorriendo lugares a pie, tuve que volverme a Bariloche super cansado y conseguir otro hospedaje y pudo haberme pasado cualquier accidente en ruta. Fue por lejos la peor experiencia que tuve en mi vida!

Linda experiencia con nietos

Lo mejor de la hostería fue la atención de su personal, especialmente Maite y Excequiel; atentos, dispuestos a ayudar, linda disposición. Excelente la oferta de juegos de salón a disposición de los huéspedes. Entretenidos para los ratitos cortos libres. Muy buena idea el quincho, permanentemente a disposición de los huéspedes. retiro de basura más seguido habría mejorado el ambiente. La limpieza de la habitación, los comedores y los sitios comunes, muy buena. Muy buena distribución del espacio en la habitación, con amplia pieza matrimonial y cómodas literas para nuestros dos nietos. ¡Ahí se lograba la mejor conexión wifi! Buena calefacción, aunque de repente subía más de lo deseado, especialmente en la noche. Impresionante el ofrecimiento de spa, pero en el último turno la limpieza de la tina dejaba mucho que desear; fue el único punto negativo de nuestra estadía. Excelente ubicación, a dos cuadras de Plaza San Martín, el centro cívico y el centro comercial; distancia caminable al terminal de buses y al embarcadero San Martín. Recomiendo el lugar.
