"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had stayed at this location before and enjoyed it, but this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The first issue happened at check-in when staff gave my fiancé a difficult time checking in. Things only got worse from there. On Friday night, there was no hot water. "There was a maggot in my salad. The room was clean, the staff were helpful. The sink in our bathroom was cracked. Which made on of the faucets/taps leak in our bathroom, there was water all over the floor. We did not know there were two parts to the hotel. The old part and the new part. The elevator in the old part had no air conditioning, it just blew hot air. The new part of the hotel looked a lot better there was air conditioning in the elevators.
