We stayed here in early 2023 and enjoyed the hotel. So it made sense to stay once again in February 2024. However we were disappointed. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. There was a used bar of soap on the floor of the shower and its wrapper on the floor of the bathroom from previous guests. Finally, the shower drain was clogged which meant we needed to stop showering to keep the water from overflowing the shower basin.

El trato y la atención muy buena lo único es que me parece un poco costoso para lo que realmente ofrecen y haría falta un poco de más variedad en el desayuno estuvimos 8 días desayunando lo mismo el último día el personal si se esmeró en hacernos algo distinto

Small and cozy hotel in a residential area close to nice restaurants. Veru good service but there was an incident regarding room tax that should have been free for non colombian nationals, it was solved but affected and otherwise very good stay

Precio + comodidad + ubicacion balanceados

El hotel esta recien remodelado, habitaciones espaciosas, limpias con un toque moderno, cama comoda, baño impecable y moderno, desayuno incluido completo y rico, el wifi aunque tiene buena cobertura es muy lento, escazamente para revisar un correo. En recepcion poco contestan de noche (para pedir una toalla que faltaba por ejemplo)

Muy caro para lo que ofrecen

Hotel malo para lo cobran. 4 pisos sin ascensor. No tiene parqueo como dice su página, renta uno a 4 cuadras de distancia. Solo dos personas para atender a 10 mesas, x lo que el desayuno se demora una eternidad. A mi esposa que esta embarazada la pusieron en un cuarto en el 1er piso y no durmió toda la noche por el ruido constante de gente entrando. Cobran demasiado para lo q ofrecen. Lo único bueno es que todos son amables

Buena localización

Buen hotel, costoso en cuanto a relación/beneficio y el tamaño de la ciudad. Es un hotel pequeño en remodelación, con un excelente servicio, instalaciones en el promedio de la zona. Por el precio que pagas prefiero el Francés que está en la misma zona, es más económico y el desayuno es mejor. Lo mejor es la zona pues en los alrededores es seguro salir a caminar y encontrar buenos restaurantes y transporte.
