"This is one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness and safety are exceptional. OMG, the staff are all really great. Ms. Gloria from housekeeper was very good at her and job and always asked us if we needed anything for our room. The staff was excellent from security, front desk and cafe. I want to give a SPECIAL THANKS to Regina our concierge and Andrea from the front desk. They made us feel like family and were always there when we needed something. They made me a special gift for my birthday and I felt so special. When I visit Mexico City again this will be the only place I will stay in."
