Hotel De Anza
Front desk could not find my reservation and there was a long wait. Also, at checkout there was only one young man working valet. There was a large group of people waiting so we all walked with valet to get our own cars.

Decent room Oddly enough for what seemed to be a higher class place, no Kleenex (empty box) Drain in shower laying off to the side Biggest issues Asked for a late check out due to delayed flight Offers 30 mins... Really? Took a decent stay and crapped on it in the eleventh hour.... Oh well lots of ...

The Westin San Jose
The room was spotless and extremely comfortable.The gentleman at the front desk very courteous and helpful.wish I had the same same experience at other hotels as yours,I thank the staff for all of their fine efforts from the young man who brought me a water to the security personnel.
