I would say it’s a very nice place to stay if you like things private, and also very kid friendly! Honestly when you get here it makes you feel like you wants to live there! Lol. Very clean! Make sure to bring snacks or food. Past 9:00 you might have to travel 6-7 mins by ride or driving to grab something to eat, otherwise, great spot!
Everything about this place was amazing. From the moment we checked in, to the day we checked out. We were assisted by Jose Camacho, who was super efficient and answered all of our questions. He even gave us recommendations as first timers in Cabo. Our experience was 10/10. Everything was clean and the kitchen as well as the private pool was a plus. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and plan to be back in the future. Thank you to all the staff that assisted, everyone including the residents were very friendly.
This was our second time staying at Casa Nima by Lumina, and it certainly won’t be our last. There’s something truly special about this place, it offers such a peaceful, relaxing environment that makes it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive.
The location is absolutely perfect, making everything convenient while still feeling like a quiet retreat. The property itself is incredibly tasteful, and the apartments are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail.
It really feels like a little paradise, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.
Pros: The welcome was very warm, thanks to Karina! The unit is spacious and well-appointed. A minor issue with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was quickly resolved. The kitchen is well-equipped, and having a laundry room makes coming back from the beach much easier. The facilities are modern and the equipment is high-quality (gym, etc.).
(Only) Negative point: We found out AFTER booking that the property was under construction. Major construction work affected our experience since we were staying in the building where major work was taking place on the upper floors. We found debris on our balcony, which made it unusable.
Overall, we enjoyed our experience and hope to return to Casa Nima once the construction is complete.

Excellent property- undergoing some construction but still a beautiful spot and very conveniently located. Staff all hard working and very friendly. Only a 10 min walk to fantastic grocery markets and 20 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was like our own little oasis. Can’t wait to return to see it completely finished!

Beautiful pool area- felt like a little oasis. So many seating/lounging areas. Apartment was furnished to a high level. Comfy couch and beds.
Enjoyed this spot immensely, the apartment was spacious, A/C worked well, all amenities listed are there and in working order. The property is huge, pools are very nice & there were so few people around it kind of feels like you're alone. Great if that's your thing, maybe a little spooky if not? lol
The employees were all very helpful & kind. A few speak pretty fluent English if your Spanish is rusty.
Only gripes are relatively small:
We received a printed list of "rules" two pages long but no printed list of info about WiFi, where certain things are stored, where to take your trash bags, how to get out of the back gate, etc."
re: back gate: the main exit by the garage I guess is fully manual or the sensors were broken & we had multiple issues trying to leave the property -- you can backtrack & get out the front gate but there were trucks blocking that route due to the construction a couple times.
re: construction -- they do warn you about it but the banging starts earlier and ends later than what was stated. Didn't bother me personally at all but it might bother some.
Oh yeah, they need chalk for the pool sticks! lol I blame all my losses on that.
This property will be amazing when they get it where they want it but it was still wonderful as a "work in progress"

we enjoyed the large three bedroom apartment and kitchen and amenities. The only issue we had was the smell which was scented by a perfume when the air conditioner was on. But when the air conditioner was off, there was some sort of sewer smell coming into the unit. The pool was very lovely with lots of lounge seating. And we enjoyed the Pickleball court where we could borrow paddles the road to the shopping center from this residence was under construction so it was dusty and noisy and hard to access. Hopefully the construction will end shortly and better pedestrian access will be available. The staff on site were helpful and friendly.

It’s a small gated community that’s still undergoing construction.
However, some of the finished amenities are really nice.
For example, the swimming pool.
Which is big and pretty dramatic.
Also, the two best features of Casa Nima are the Onsite Hosts/Managers.
Oliver and Pedro.
They’re super professional, efficient, have positive attitudes … plus, they have really good people skills.
Beautiful apartment and complex. Staff were helpful. Information in the room related to wifi and amenities would have helped. Having to wait for answers to questions.
What an absolutely beautiful new resort located in a very safe area! Our unit was very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and not overcrowded at all. The walkability to 2 grocery stores as well as Walmart was an added bonus. The staff at Casa Nina were all very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Great communication from the property management! Lyft accessible and Walmart nearby.
This a late review. My stay was from April 4-9 2026 with my 18 year old daughter and 15 year old son.
Casa Nima by Lumina was an incredible place to stay and truly elevated our trip to Mexico. The property is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern comfort and local charm. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the stylish decor to the relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff stood out the most—they were warm, professional , attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations.
The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and art district. Overall, Casa Nima offers a perfect mix of luxury and authenticity. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
