"Alright. Here’s a strong, clear draft. Absolutely awful experience. The host was rude, dismissive, and nowhere to be found when I arrived. The property was misrepresented. It was listed like a hotel, but turned out to be more like a neglected B&B with poor service. The facilities were dirty, the area felt unsafe and unwelcoming, and the whole place felt unprofessional. Would not recommend under any circumstances."

"Clean and great check in instructions. 10 mins walk to the centre 10 mins walk to train station. Great base for 26 hours in Catania. Checked in early when asked and left baggage in the morning and collected on way to station. Thank you Valeria 🙏 💫 "

"Airconditioning had to be turned off when not in the room but it says airconditioning. There was no airconditioning in the house and it was extremely hot inside. Regardless of not marking your food items my food was stolen twice and I didn't get much help from staff."

"The host provided clear communication and the facilities were great. We had believed the property would not have an elevator but we were pleased to discover it did. Maybe it was recently installed? The property is in a great location with many major landmarks and restaurants within walking distance. Within a couple of blocks, up the hill is the botanical garden and down the hill is the Bellini Clock Garden. Linens and bedding were clean and comfortable. We didn't have a car at the time...
