Location elegante immersa nel verde splendida piscina e campo da golf, personale gentilissimo ristorante interno ottimo, colazione varia e abbondante. Suggerirei solo un po di manutenzione delle camere (rifiniture bagni, mobili soggiorno). Doccia troppo bassa (con 1,83 cm di statura si tocca con la resta il soffione).

Vengo da anni al Riviera e devo dire che il posto non delude mai , un vero angolo di pace !! Bra rum (villa) dock inga krokar att hänga badkläder mm på. Ok golfbana, bra greenfeepris. Läcker pool, men lokalbefolkningen fyllde poolen på em, när hotellet släppte in betalande gäster. Stort minus att vi som hotellgäster fick betala 10 euro per person och dag för att få utnyttja gymmet och 20 euro per person och dag för att vara i mysiga inomhuspoolen. För dåligt när man är betalande hotellgäst. Att betala för spa och behandlingar är naturligtvis normalt. Restaurangen kan behöva en ny meny med fler alternativ och lite lägre priser. Middag med dessert för tre personer går på ca 150 euro.

Hotel vicinissimo al centro ippico quindi molto comodo, personale molto gentile, bagnino gentilissimo, la struttura è pulita, ristorante consigliato, si mangia bene con prezzi nella norma. Se cerchiamo un difetto, una rinfrescata di colore in generale ci starebbe! In generale ci siamo trovati bene comunque!

Spa chiusa !

Ero già stata in questo hotel circa 5 anni fa e ne avevo un ottimo ricorco. Ho prenotato su Expedia (due settimane prima) un soggiorno di 2 notti con l'obiettivo di fare un sabato all'insegna del relax con mio marito grazie alla bellissima spa. La mattina del nostro arrivo ho contattato l'hotel per prenotare dei trattamenti benessere e sono stata informata che la spa sarebbe stata chiusa per manutenzione. Ho condiviso il mio stupore con la persona della reception evidenziando che, se fossi stata informata tempestivamente, avrei valutato altre soluzioni dato che il mio obiettivo era di beneficiare della spa. Mi è stato proposto di supportarci con la prenotazione presso altre strutture limitrofe. Al momento del check-in (ora di cena) ho educatamente segnalato il problema avuto (spa chiusa e non segnalato sul sito dell'hotel e nemmeno su expedia)e mi è stato risposto che il responsabile non era presente e che lo avrei trovato la mattina e che comunque su un altro famoso sito di prenotazioni era stato segnalato. Il mio soggiorno presso la struttura si è poi prolungato di altre due notti e nessuno mi ha mai contattato per verificare quale fosse stata la problematica. Sono molto dispiaciuta del comportamento del personale le cui risposte non ho trovato professionali ed adeguate al posizionamento dell'hotel.

Camere buie.. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto basso

Struttura in buone condizioni. Adatta soprattutto a chi pratica Golf. La piscina chiude alle 19 e oltre quell'ora non è possibile fare il bagno. Camere in discrete condizioni. Un po' tetre dati gli arredamenti scuri. Illuminazione della camera assolutamente insoddisfacente (mai stato in una camera così buia). Parquet della camera abbastanza trascurato e rovinato. Pulizia della camera discreta. Letto matrimoniale scomodo perché composto da 2 materassi singoli uniti (buco al centro). Colazione discreta. Rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente basso. Degno di nota il personale.. Tutti molto gentili. Ma non vale assolutamente quello che costa.
