"I selected the property based on the location and price was a major factor. It is a basic hotel but it was good value for money. I had a lake view room and the view of the lake is super impressive. I could also see the mountains which are also beautiful. The view was an unexpected bonus. The facilities are basic ie no refrigerator and no tea and coffee making set up in the room which is typical I think for a budget hotel in Europe. "Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car. The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out. Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures. "
