The room was in good condition. It was nothing fancy, just a room you would expect from a 3 star hotel. It was comfortable and in a good location. It felt safe and you could walk to close-by restaurants, shops, and Union Square. The Asian receptionist was very helpful, and a real sweetheart. I would stay there again.

i loved the attention from the personel since the very first day, the discount coupon at the restaurant saved a few bucks, also the food is great. the room was clean and spacious and at last but not least, it is ver well located, near most of all attractive places in the city.
