"This hotel stay was the best! We were in town visiting Oracle Park and Simon at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. The continental breakfast was delicious, the hotel was clean and it’s a quick walk to Oracle Park. 10/10 will return "

"We would like to give a shout out to the front staff, especially Priscilla, and Charles who genuinely cared about their guests, and manager Harvey, who did everything he could to make things happen. "My room wasn’t ready so I was upgraded to a pool side room for $25 more a night. The room was small and well worn. The mattress cover at the base of the mattress was torn and haphazardly on the bed. The curtains were torn off the hooks. Furniture was chipped and glass tops cracked. The hinges on the dresser were unhinged. Room was clean. Staff was nice. The cityscape bar had a gorgeous view and great staff. The panna cotta was divine. Items in the store were obscenely overpriced. If it weren’t for a conference I would not have stayed at the property and don’t anticipate returning. "
