Lovely stay in this BnB style hotel. The food was the best part! Excellent chef that makes a special meal nightly considering all dietary restrictions. Location close enough to Portillo Ski resort to drive for daily skiing. Highly recommend.

Magical!

Fantastic hotel! Everyone very attentive and made us feel special. The evening meal was exquisite! Highly recommend staying here. Just a bit pricey for us as we’re world travelers on bicycles. However it was a truly magical place to stay and we enjoyed every minute.

Charming home with great hospitality.

I stayed at Casona El Resguardo with my 13 year old son for 2 nights. The place was very charming and made you feel at home. Agustin and family were extremely friendly, accommodating, and very pleasant to be around. Agustin's sister and husband made us a fabulous meal both nights. Appetizer, Main course, and dessert. All were a surprise, and all were absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to all. Thanks again Agustin and Family! Hope to see you again! Craig D

Patricio, Sol ( & Sylvestre) ont été aux petits oignons avec moi. J'ai eu droit à un souper à gastronomie locale. Une salade en entrée avec tomates cerises et arugula du jardin, une lasagne à la truite fumée du rio blanco et une crème brulée couverte d'une fine glace miroitante absolument délicieuse. Chambre petite mais impeccable. Le tout niché au pied de la pré-cordillère le long du rio colorado.
