"The staff didn’t tell me I have to activate the parking card at front desk. She just told the car will be automatically identified by camera, I didn’t have to do anything. But when exited garage, the bar didn’t lift up, I have to press the emergency button for help."

"Was fine enough but it’s used as a group tour bus hotel so not friendly at all ..pretty average overall ..pool on roof was nice and bar in afternoons ..can’t get a taxi in Seville from hotel apparently not helpful most of the staff were rude and unhelpful breakfast was not great either overall not that pleasant stay a long walk to areas of interest too "

"We enjoyed our stay and had a room on the top floor with a terrace. We loved the rooftop area & bar. We did use the pool one day, and that was lovely. The reason it did not get five stars is that the elevator was out a few times and my companion cannot walk that many stairs to the top floor. Also, they do not have any gluten-free options for breakfast, so we had to go elsewhere. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel near lots of restaurants & shopping. "
