"This place is horrible. In a really sad way. The staff seemed sad the hotel is in the condition it is. Like if they had any control over making the place better, they would. It smells like a rehabilitation facility. The kind someone goes when they break a hip and need help recovering. If the owner/management would spend the necessary money to recarpet, repaint and get some fresh, clean and scented air flowing through the HVAC system, the hotel would be stayable. We basically stepped into our room, went next door to the Marriott, booked a room, came back only to gather our things and left."

"There were no activities. When we arrived, we had no water to wash with and could not use the toilet so we had to go out of the motel to find a store or gas station to relieve ourselves. Dirty areas along wall trim and the restroom. We were very dissatisfied in the conditions of this motel.!"

"Great and easy place to stay at Cal Poly. I wish their restaurant operated on the weekends. It doesn't. Currently the pool and spa are under renovation which should be posted on all reservation pages "
