Didn’t use the pool but area very well maintained Only negative comment Saturday morning went to the front desk to have only our beds made . Came back to the hotel at 7:00 pm beds were not made very disappointing I did call when I came back to my room the front desk so the supervisor of my housekeeper ...

Hard Rock Hotel San Diego
Staff was great. My only two complaint is. The main lobby is over powering with some type of air freshener. And also our balcony door did not lock. It is very noisy at night but you are in down town where all the night life is. It’s a nice stay for sure.
