"This is the quieter cousin of the resort. It’s really an airport hotel, with lots of airline crews coming in and out. The shuttle service and location make it perfect for early or late flights.
The property is a bit worn, but the bayside room view is decent. There aren’t a lot of services, one limited menu for restaurant and room service. No vending machines.
The high rating is for the staff. They get why people are there and they check people in and out quickly. They’re nice and efficient. That counts. Shuttle drivers are nice too.
The room is ok. You’ve seen it before but while it’s a bit rundown (chargers not working and my alarm clock was broken) it was clean, had fresh fairly new towels and crisp sheets.
Not as good as some, but better than most."
