"We were staying during a very busy time (Comicon). Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - a super warm welcome and felt staff were doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Wifi was down for 2 days but staff were working hard to fix. Pool and pool area are ok. Breakfast area is huge and lots of options. It’s a 2-3 min walk to get the bus to the Old Town so you can take the trolly. Overall a great value for money and what really stood out is the staff."

"Property is stunning and such a fun vibe. Valet was terrible, They stood there as I dragged heavy bags up the stairs. Our first front desk agent seemed irritated at our existence (or is this a sign of respect in Gen Z culture ?) But other staff members went above and beyond getting us additional room items we needed and our restaurant server was a total sweetheart. I would absolutely return,. But I would self park next time."
