"The rooms could use some updating but the location is fabulous. Breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were there during the heat and the A/C STRUGGLED to maintain even a 70°F room, which is part of what needs updating. It’s an old old building and I understand the difficulty in maintaining and updating a building like that. Bathroom was great - very spacious. Location and staff is why I would go back."
"We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly; they arranged our transportation to and from the hotel via email in advance, provided excellent restaurant recommendations and walking routes, and assisted with rescheduling our departure time after a last-minute flight delay. The family room we stayed in was impeccably clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and offered an abundance of options. We found the lobby bar...
"For the price we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it. We ate at Sangra one night, and although it could have been great - it was a struggle to get service (constantly trying to get servers attention for everything) - not worth the 300 euro dinner.
Buffet was convenient and good in the morning.

"What a beautiful hotel!! Well worth the extra effort to get there by boat. Staff was amazing. Emma was great! Urfeo at the bar was fantastic and Jasmine was very nice."
"The hotel is very clean and the property is well maintained. It is located steps away from the Tronchetto water bus station and is ideal for those travelers looking to be close to the airport yet still minutes away from the Grand Canal. The hotel had many cruise passengers who were sailing from Ravenna. The bus from Venice to Ravenna is minutes away from the hotel. The rooms are small but overall i feel that is expected in Europe."
