"Had a great experience during our stay. Property owner was in constant communication with me to make sure our stay was going well.
Great location, very clean and plenty of space for our family.
Highly recommend if you are planning on staying in Delia. "

"Ambiente con odori intensi soprattutto nelle sale comuni, basse temperature sia degli ambienti comuni che delle stanze, camere sulla strada rumorosissime dal mattino presto, servizio cortesia scadente, letto con materasso deformato, nenache una bottiglietta da 0,50 di acqua nel frigo, colazione al minimo indispensabile. Insomma non ci tornerò "

"Great location just outside Agrigento. Lovely property, private gated parking, room and bathroom were super. Host was very nice and had great suggestions. Breakfast included a lot of home made items, very lovely."

"We only stayed one night but they were extremely welcoming and kind. It’s an unusual property with a family history, our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! "

"Heel rustig gelegen, de eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het enige minpunt is dat er geen ontbijtbuffet was zoals op de foto's te zien.
Iedere morgen kregen we 1 croissant opgevuld met marmelade en een klein chocoladekoekje.
Er was koffie, water en een brikje fruitsap.
Met een meer gevarieerd ontbijt gaf ik zeker 10 op 10."

"High recommend, owner made an effort to make sure we had everything needed. Very good restaurant on site maybe one of the best in town. This town has a free shuttle from the public parking lot and stop directly at the hotel and other stops in town. Parking is always my biggest issue with visiting towns in Italy and this gets an A+. Also, I left two bags in my car in the lot and they were still there in the morning so I felt it was very safe and secure."

"Staff were incredible. We booked the private spa access and treatment and both were great. The spa setup is stunning and so nice to have private access. The room was lovely with a nice balcony view. Comfortable bed and everything you needed. We would definitely stay again. Recommend 100%."
"We visited in September 2026 and, if you're visiting shortly after this date, expect a work-in-progress.
Let's start with the amazing: outstanding gardens, pool, landscaping and just the general luxurious feel of the place. The suite we had was excellent as well, with a few issues (weird lighting controls, typical in Europe so no points lost there) and a glass door on the toilet room (gross, hotels need to stop doing this). Strong wifi. Comfy bed. Great AC. Friendly staff. Great breakfast!
I mentioned a work-in-progress and it really is, although not in a negative way. I think the owner has grand plans for it, with many new suites and other rooms so this is great. There's construction work but it's quiet and respectful. Just don't be surprised by it.
The negatives: the restaurant isn't great. The food is mediocre and expensive. Wine list had reasonable choices out of stock, trying to push to EUR 65 bottles.
But the biggest scam of all is the EV charger. *** ASK FIRST HOW MUCH *** I've never been charged EUR 65 for 40% top up on my car. OUTRAGEOUS and straight up scam. That same amount at even the worst, Enel X charger is EUR 20. Tesla charges about EUR 15.
Would I go back? Only if the EV thing gets sorted out and the restaurant gets better. Otherwise it's a lovely place in need of some better conveniences."
"The staff members were nice, our room was comfortable and had a lovely view . The farm tool by Giuseppe was excellent. The food was very good, especially the cheeses."
"Great helpful staff, lovely accommodation (& sunsets) and a nice pool. Breakfast was plentiful, though not much variety.
The cottage was nice, clean and modern. With a couple of small touches, it would have been excellent. For example, it sleeps four, but there is only a two person table and chairs outside which was a struggle to eat from. The cleaning was great, but a dust pan and brush would have helped us keep it tidy during our stay in between cleans. Inclusion of basics, such as salt and pepper, oil etc would have been appreciated, but that is nit picking!"
"We’d found the lodging by chance as we were driving across the island. The owner met us in front of the home at 10pm, all smiles, and in the room we found every conceivable amenity from ear plugs to toiletries. Clean and delightful. The breakfast the next morning was set up for the two of us with place settings, fruit, a cake that was a local specialty, meats, cookies, and she even made us farm fresh eggs. Amazing! A nice surprise after a long journey."
"Our room was very small but fine for one night. The pool is fabulous but unfortunately the spa jets didn't work, and the outside bar service was haphazard. Coffee and cocktails were poor, served in plastic glasses, which felt far from glamorous, even when we were sitting some way from the pool. After explaining that we didn't want a large set dinner, we were pleased to be offered the supposedly four-course meal to share. But while it was good, it was absolutely tiny: barely enough for one person, yet 35!€. We were offered a second (one spoonful) cheesecake and tiny liquor, which they said were included, and then were charged for them, which left a bad taste. That said, breakfast was plentiful and staff were lovely."
