"This hotel is perfect for getting to and from SFO airport. They have a shuttle every 15 mins. Only reason I gave it a 4 out of a 5 was the room I was given was assessable with a very odd shower. Didnt enjoy that aspect at all."

"Very nice hotel. I had called for more towels and trash bags. There were no trash bags in any of the trash cans. We had to collect all our trash on the table. They brought towels 2 hours later and never brought trash bags. I called 3 times for trash bags and no one ever came with them. The little fridge is on a timer so it shuts off after 2 hrs. So it won’t keep anything cold. Parking is very expensive. 55 dollars for staying 2 nights. I shouldn’t have to pay to park when I’m already paying to stay here."
