La atención del personal fue muy buena. Hicimos el check in tarde a la noche y Felipe fue muy amable en todo el proceso. La vista del lugar es INCREÍBLE, parece que uno está dentro del lago Nahuel Huapi. A mejorar: las almohadas un poco escuálidas y las camas un poco duras. Igual lo volvería a elegir para una noche de paso por Bariloche como fue nuestro caso.

Excelente vista. Condiciones generales buenas. Estábamos en el dúplex. Baño malísimo. Muy chico y agua caliente escasa en cantidad y no alcanza el calor para un baño completo. Buena cocina y completa. El agua en general muy poca presión. El entrepiso de machimbre muy ruidoso.

Bruno um dos donos foi muito gentil em toda estadia! O local era o que era esperado, a imlimpeza era ótima. A wifi não funcionava bem, mas isso é um problema em toda bariloche.

O hotel tem uma vista incrível!!!! O quarto é simples o banheiro pequeno. O sistema de calefação e o serviço de limpeza funcionam muito bem. O atendimento do Bruno foi ótimo, nos deu muitas dicas e foi muito educado. A única coisa que o hotel tem que melhorar urgentemente e o Wi-Fi, pois não funciona.

No volvería

Aunque la ubicación y la vista son buenas, el servicio deja mucho que desear. No cumplen con el recambio de toallas y sábanas como se anuncia y las mismas no se encuentran en buenas condiciones (rotas, viejas, sucias). Están muy interesados en cobrar la estadía apenas uno llega e insisten en que se cancele únicamente en efectivo, pero luego no entregan la factura, a pesar de haber cobrado el IVA.
